From the first chat we had with Eleanor, we knew we had found someone truly special. She is such a caring person who really makes an effort to get to know you as a couple and wants to do justice to your story. And wow does she succeed! We were actually a little shocked that someone could get to know us on such a personal level so quickly!
As well as this, she was constantly available literally night and day to offer advice and support on any queries we had. What was particularly touching was how Eleanor was proactive in finding out if any of our guests had specific needs or considerations that she should be aware of. She wants everyone to have the best experience, and the thoughtfulness was really appreciated.
